RIVER CITY FLATS

This phase of construction will consist of 81 units that will be built throughout three buildings located on approximately 2 acres of vacant land along Whiting Drive in Yankton, SD. Each building will have 27 units (6 one bedrooms, 18 two bedrooms).

Unit amenities will include stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, 9' ceilings, individual climate-controlled HVAC systems, balconies, and LED lights. The buildings will meet Energy Star Certifications and have an electronically secured entrance and interior mailroom.
